  Our Client is an international tyre and wheel supply and service provider.
  Now they are looking for a Compliance & Internal Auditor who will be responsible for ensuring that the company's operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
  The role involves conducting internal audits, identifying risks, recommending improvements, and supporting management in maintaining an effective internal control framework.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  ■Internal Audit Responsibilities
  - Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits of various department processes and subsidiaries
  - Assess the effectiveness of internal control, risk management, and governance frameworks
  - Identify control gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement
  - Develop and update department SOP
  - Ensure proper documentation of audit findings and follow up on the implementation of
  corrective actions
  - Support external auditors, insurance adjusters, and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections
  
  ■Compliance Responsibilities
  - Ensure the company complies with local and international regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
  - Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, policies, and procedures
  - Conduct periodical compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
  - Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters, including anti-bribery, data protection, and corporate governance
  - Investigate compliance breaches, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
  - Stay up to date with regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices
