    Our client is one of the biggest IT providers, that specialized in providing innovative solutions and infrastructure to their customers. They are currently seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee ongoing infrastructure projects for a mission-critical banking payment system.

    【What will you be working on】
    - Manage the payment system tech refresh project as the infrastructure PM
    - Be a representation of Infra team against customer
    - Lead infrastructure team and advice team members for direction of implementation and troubleshooting on issues
    - Manage L2 maintenance support on the production system including change request handling and regular maintenance tasks
    - Handle works on the system installation, setup, and testing

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they're looking for】
    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, with 5+ years of experience in IT projects
    - Strong hands-on skills in Linux, Oracle DB, middleware, and cluster management
    - Experience leading infrastructure or tech refresh projects as PM or team lead
    - Strong communication skills with proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2) to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients
    - Ability to design infrastructure solutions and write Linux scripts
    - Solid background in system architecture, testing, and deployment
    - Proven track record in project delivery and team collaboration

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience with Windows Server
    - Background in banking or financial institutions
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
