• Job Description

  Our client, a leading valve manufacturing Japanese company is looking for a Sales Coordinator (Indoor Sales) to join their team. The role mainly involved coordinating with the sales team and handling inquiries from customers and distributors.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - To Handle customers’/ distributor inquiries (Phone, Email or Fax)
  - Processing customers sales order
  - Order monitoring and coordinate with factory for order status
  - Monitoring/Coordinate on shipment / delivery schedules
  - Handling and preparation documentation (PO, PR, Picking List, Commercial Invoice, Do and Tax Inv etc)
  - Work closely with Indoor/Outdoor Sales team and Logistics team
  - Assist in other ad-hoc project and assignments
