Job Description
Our client, an IT solutions provider, is looking for an IT Support (Japanese Speaking) professional to deliver technical assistance to their clients. As part of the helpdesk team, you will provide prompt and professional support in both Japanese and English.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Manage IT support requests through email, phone, and ticketing system.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Windows PCs, and business applications.
- Diagnose initial issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain and update FAQs and knowledge base.
Work Schedule:
Shift-based (5 days per week, including weekends)
Shift Hours:
1) 07:00 - 16:00
2) 09:00 - 18:00
3) 10:00 - 19:00
Qualifications
Requirement
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows PC operations
- Strong communication skills in Japanese (Minimum JLPT N2) and English, both spoken and written, to liaise with native Japanese customers
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
- Ability to work in a shift-based schedule (including weekends)
- Willing to follow the Japanese calendar, with 11 public holidays per year (Note: Does not follow Singapore public holidays)
(Advantageous)
- A basic understanding of ITIL is an advantageEnglish Level
