    Our client, a global provider of end-to-end outsourcing services, is currently seeking a Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking) to join their team.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Validate business programs, orders, and contracts received via email.
    - Review agreements and orders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
    - Provide timely updates and resolve customer queries within the stipulated timeline.
    - Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat.
    - Handle escalations and deliver appropriate solutions in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma in any field
    - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
    - Fluency in English and Japanese (JLPT N1 proficiency) in speaking, listening, and writing to effectively communicate with customers
    - Willingness to work according to the Japanese public holiday calendar
    - Availability to work overtime during the last week of each month
    - Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
    - Basic proficiency in computer skills
