  • Job Description

    Our client, a renowned Japanese ramen chain, is seeking a Service Staff member responsible for serving food and beverages. This role reports to the Head Staff.

    Work in two rotating shifts (e.g., 9:00 – 18:00 and 11:30 – Last shift)

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Receive training at existing stores until May, and then work as a member of the opening team for the new store scheduled to open in May.
    - Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at their tables.
    - Ensure smooth operations of the restaurant.
    ‐ Maintain the kitchen & restaurant cleanliness.
    - Opening and Closing operations.
    - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
    - Communicate with customers to resolve complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry.
    - Fluent in English for effective communication with customers and staff.
    - Excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality customer service.
    - Ability to start work on short notice!
    - Willingness to work 5.5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.

    (Advantageous)
    - A passion for ramen is preferred!
