    Our client is a leading electric motor sales and repair company and one of the top manufacturers of portable power tools in Japan. Specializing in the wholesale and distribution of electric power tools, spare parts, and accessories, our client is committed to providing top-quality products and services to end users.

    They are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join their team, who is responsible for delivering professional repair services and offering technical consultation and guidance on the proper use of the company’s products.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Ensure all repaired tools are completed professionally with smooth workflow & the cleanliness of the Service Centre at all times.
    - Keep learning new product repair skills.
    - Responsible for the completion of repaired tools following the company timeline. (e.g. 48 Hrs turnover time)
    - Execute repair tools as many as possible daily (Work as A Team).
    - Detail check & diagnose customer repair tool complaints.
    - Regularly check and execute customer's confirmed repair jobs in the system daily.
    - Prepare quotations for tool repairs once they are registered by the administrative team
    - Ensure all confirmed repair tools are completed as quickly as possible.
    - Prepare Repair Worksheets upon Completion of repair tools.
    - Inform workshop admin on spare parts to be ordered if insufficient or in low stock quantity.
    - Promptly arrange spare part orders for tools awaiting parts, and provide customers with estimated delivery dates.
    - Monitor and inform customers on spare parts "Estimate Delivery Date" for "Waiting for Spare Parts" tools.
    - Execute all repair jobs immediately once spare parts are received.
    - Carry out any other tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum qualification of ITE or a diploma from a recognized Polytechnic.
    - At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Service Technician.
    - Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking distributors.
    - Ability to manage tasks that involve handling and carrying heavy products.
