• Job Description

  Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. The incumbent's responsibilities include providing pre-sales and post-sales support to customers on semiconductor testing and maintaining customer satisfaction to maintain or become the preferred tester platform
  
  Division: System Application Engineering Division
  Reporting to: Manager
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Project delivery and support of Test Program/Test Library creation, conversion or consultation as required by Customer
  - Provide support and consultation for Hardware and Software solutions for Customer Projects
  - Post-sales consulting and support including test methodology enhancements and modifications, test hardware/ software feature recommendations, and audit
  - Support and debug production issues like correlation, test time yield discrepancy etc
  - Delivery of application training, knowledge transfer and skill-up for Customer
