Job Description
Our client, a seafood restaurant, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient workflows.
Working Schedule:
1) Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00/11:00 AM – 10:30 PM
2) Sunday and Monday: Off
【Responsibilities】
- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, customer interactions, and workflow management.
- Maintain and enforce guidelines for food preparation and presentation.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry.
- Comfortable working in a close-knit team environment.
- Willing to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays.
(Preferable)
- Possession of a Hygiene Certificate is an added advantage.English Level
