    Our client is a leading Japanese multinational corporation specializing in the supply of high-quality tools and equipment. They are currently looking for an Engineer in the DPR (Design and Product Request) team.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Handle all machine modification requests, both hardware and software, from external and internal stakeholders
    - Translate technical specifications and requirements from English to Japanese and vice versa
    - Liaise with Japanese R&D members and factory to ensure customers’ requirements are met
    - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales and engineers, for timely delivery of machine modifications.
    - Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    <Must>
    - Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic, or any other engineering-relevant disciplines
    - 1-2 years relevant working experience
    - Proficiency in English and Japanese language is required (Minimum JLPT N2) to liaise with English and Japanese-speaking stakeholders
    - Proficient in MS Office
    - Meticulous, possesses good interpersonal skills and adapts well to a fast-paced environment
    - Pro-active attitude, people & team-oriented

    <Advantageous>
    - Degree in Mechanical or Electronic is preferred
    - Relevant working experience within the semiconductor industry is ideal
    - Experience and high interest in working in a Japanese company
