Job Description
Our client, a leading IT multinational, is seeking a Technical Project Manager for IT Systems (Japanese Speaking). This role involves close collaboration with the Development Team in Vietnam and requires experience in both the Call Center industry and IT development project management.
【What will you be working on】
- Apply in-house technical guidelines to support developers and ensure alignment with project standards.
- Serve as a Bridge Engineer, facilitating effective communication and technical support between developers and quality control teams.
- Translate IT technical documents and assist with resolving day-to-day technical challenges.
- Provide key support to clients and internal teams across the APAC region, with a strong focus on IT systems, particularly call center technologies.

- 5+ years of project management experience within a software development environment, including roadmap development, planning, deliverables, and team management (especially with offshore and onsite teams).
- Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) for effective communication with internal teams and external vendors
- Proven experience with Microservice Architecture and Highly Available Architecture for enterprise workloads.
- Strong proficiency in web development (web applications and web services) using JavaScript stacks (Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Vue.js) and databases like SQL and NoSQL.
- Hands-on experience in cloud development, particularly with AWS or GCP.
- Deep understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in or strong knowledge of call center operations (either as an operator, supervisor, or similar).
(Preferable)
- Experience with Security Incident and Event Management Systems (SIEMS) and Cyber Incident Response Plans (CIRP).
- Proficiency in monitoring and responding to security events, conducting vulnerability management, penetration testing, and implementing incident response processes.
- Background in developing and implementing security policies.
- Experience with network security design and implementation.
- Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools and other security tools.
- Expertise in cloud security, including policy implementation and monitoring.
- Experience in promoting social engineering and phishing countermeasures.
- Familiarity with providing security training.
- Possession of security-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) is a plus.English Level
