    Our client, a reputable bank, is currently seeking a Loan & Remittance Operations professional to join their team.

    Reporting to Manager.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    ‐ Account processing for banking operations (Deposits, Loans, Remittances, Securities, Money, Foreign Exchange, various expense payments, GST, etc.) and a series of administrative processes for settlements
    ‐ Operations incidental to the above (name screening (AML/CFT checks, FATCA and CRS returns), invoice management, GST refund request administration, etc.)
    ‐ Any other ad-hoc duties which the superior may assign from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Have a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in any field.
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in bank operations, specifically in overseas remittance and fund securities back-office functions.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    (Preferable)
    - Prior experience working in a Japanese financial institution.
    - Exposure to diverse business functions, ideally gained in a smaller bank setting.
