    Our client is a leading Japanese MNC company that specializes in the supply of tools and equipment. They are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Customer Engineering department. Based on business and individual performance, this role might be convertible into a permanent position.

    Department: Customer Engineering

    【Responsibilities】
    - Service schedule coordination
    - Service quotation / PO / Service Report update
    - Maintenance and tracking of machinery record
    - Coordinate the Machinery tool calibration schedule
    - ISO documentation control
    - Monitor the company protocol activities
    - Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks where assigned
    - Provide service and billing to customer support

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - ITE/Diploma in any related field
    - 1-2 years of Admin Assistant experience in the Engineering industry or similar
    - Prior experience in preparing service quotations or Purchase Order (PO)
    - Highly adaptable to fast-paced working environment and a good team player
    - Proficient in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
