    Our client, an IT company providing tailored helpdesk and office support services, is currently looking for candidates for a Network Engineer position to work on-site at their client's location.

    【What will you be working on】
    - Operation and maintenance of internal systems and servers for bank customers.
    - Preparation of operational documentation.
    - General operational tasks such as access log reporting and patching work.
    - Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts (software license renewals, hardware maintenance).
    - Handling user inquiries.
    - Maintaining good communication with team members.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they're looking for】

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher
    - Around 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance with ITIL concepts, particularly for infrastructure.
    - Experience managing multiple servers, primarily Windows.
    - General knowledge of on-prem server management, including VMware.

    <Advantageous>
    - Experience with projects for Japanese companies.
    - Banking experience to understand security compliance.
    - General knowledge of cloud server management.
    - Proactively identify operational issues and collaborate with the team leader on improvement initiatives.
