Job Description
Our client is a reputable Japanese company that provides digital solutions to businesses and individuals. They are looking for a Business Innovation Specialist Sales member to join their team.
The incumbent will be reporting to Full Line: Head of New Business
【 What you will be doing 】
-Develop a territory Sales plan including a list of target accounts.
-Strategize and execute growth plan for Partners for Sell-To and Sell-Through.
-Prospecting (any and every existing channel, current KM Customers, Linkedin, exhibitions,) to generate sales leads within target accounts, especially the Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing industry for MiR and the Healthcare industry for Meditech.
-Use the company’s customer relationship management system (CRM) to manage all customer interactions.
-Deep understanding of business requirements to ensure solutions can meet customers’ needs.
-Prepare proposals for customers and tender submissions.
-Know the market, competitors, and industries for the new product.
-Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process including key decision makers, including relationships at senior management levels.
-Conduct a demo of the product and manage POC.
Understand the company’s robotics offering and be able to communicate its capabilities simply and effectively to internal and external customers.
-Use the company's portfolio of products and solutions to position our offering as market-leading.
-Ideate solutions that may sometimes require integrations with other products and solutions.
-Close sales and diligently work towards hitting sales budget for quarter and year.
-Follow the company's sales processes including sales orders and other relevant documentation.
-Take responsibility for explaining our offering during customer demonstrations, paid trials/proof of concepts and post-sales implementation.
-Meet revenue target.
-Must have enough technical background to assess and articulate the customer’s needs to the solutions team.

Requirement

(Must)
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT or related discipline.
-5+ years’ experience in sales and delivery operations, and strategic partnership management
-Good knowledge and awareness of disruptive technologies like robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot/etc), IoT solutions, and logistic automation solutions.
-Experience and knowledge in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and healthcare industry
(Preferable)
-Strong Business and Financial acumen and judgement
-Strong analytical, planning, project management and execution skills
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
-Proven ability to prepare and deliver presentations for customers, partners and senior management.English Level
