• Job Description

  Our Client provides high-class plastics and synthetic rubber for multiple industries, such as automotive, electronics, and more. They are looking for a Shift Technician in the Chemical/Petrochemical industries.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Operate the process to meet the conditions specified in manuals/instructions
  - Operate the process equipment at the site according to the operation plan.
  - Take measures to improve production status and equipment performance on productivity and quality after approval of shift senior technician
  - Patrol plant process, confirm the process and equipment condition, and report disordered matter to senior shift technicians.
  - Prepare and organise patrol records
  - Take a sampling for analysis of products and process evaluation.
  - Report all incidents, near misses, and deviations from plans and participate in further investigation when required.
  - Assist in coordinating daily maintenance planning and participate in maintenance activities and section shutdown/start-up.
  - Provide support for the maintenance group /quality control group, if any problem arises.
  - Work as shift Analyst, when designed by supervisors
  - Perform the role of an auxiliary firefighter when required
