  This company is one of the biggest renowned wallcovering distributors in Japan. They handle a wide variety of products, from wallpapers to flooring, paint, decorative panels, and more. They are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to join their team.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Maintain customer experience through team member interaction and store presentation
  - Develop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations
  - Maintain the sales quota through inside sales at retail stores daily
  - Supervise actions of the retail sales associates within the department
  - Maintain knowledge of new products and research
  - Achieve needed results and a high level of sales performance
  - Oversee preparation of displays, merchandise, and presentations
  - Coordinate the flow of goods from the stock room to the sales floor, and do merchandise replenishment
