• Job Description

  Our client, a Japanese supply chain management company, is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Accounting Assistant and report directly to the CFO.
  
  Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), inter-company balances, transactions, and cash flow.
  - Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statistical analyses to detail financial performance.
  - Establish and maintain robust accounting practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data for business operations.
  - Ensure the timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with established accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  - Prepare statutory reports and liaise effectively with auditors, company secretaries, and tax agents.
  - Contribute to company budget planning, financial forecasting, and performance analysis.
  - Provide inter-departmental support, fostering effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  - Ensure strict compliance with internal accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  - Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
