  • Job Description

    Well-known Japanese entertainment company, looking for an Event Executive to join their dynamic team!

    【What you will be working on】
    ‐ Organize the company’s official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
    ‐ Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, and generate engagement for various company events and tournaments circuits
    ‐ Manage shop tournaments
    ‐ Manage PR materials to be used at events
    ‐ Manage events budgets, and expenses and negotiate for best rates
    ‐ Manage/support other events (including mobile gaming)
    ‐ Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of events

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they are looking for】
    ‐ Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
    ‐ Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant working experience would be preferred
    ‐ Knowledge of our trading card games would be advantageous
    ‐ Must have basic knowledge of social media management
    ‐ Excellent at schedule management and multitasking
    ‐ Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    ‐ Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
    ‐ Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
