• Job Description

  Our Client is a Japanese Real Estate Company. They are presently hiring a Sales and Customer Service Assistant to support the sales team and their clients.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  - Prepare leasing reports and update market trends and space availability regularly.
  - Establish good relationships with agencies, prospects, and tenants.
  - Assist in the execution of property marketing activities, including video creation, social media content creation, etc.
  - Assist in the leasing and marketing of the property
  - Arrange a schedule for unit handovers for incoming and outgoing tenants
  - Attend and assist tenants when they encounter any issues such as water leakage, equipment breakdown, lost keys, etc.
  - Liaise with vendors to help tenants solve their issues encountered
