  Our client, a Japanese construction company, is seeking a BIM Modeler responsible for creating and managing accurate 3D building models. The role supports design and construction workflows while ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.
  
  This position reports to the Senior Engineer.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Create and model steel structures using BIM software, such as Tekla Structures.
  - Develop steel detailing and produce submission, shop, and fabrication drawings with accurate connection details, based on guidance from Managers and Engineers.
  - Collaborate with Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to integrate steel structure models into the overall project model.
  - Enhance structural steel connection designs with practical, cost-effective solutions.
  - Detect and resolve clashes between steel structures and other building components within the BIM model.
  - Support continuous improvement in modeling and drawing standards, reducing errors and ensuring quality.
  - Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
