顧客の引越しサポートをメインにお任せいたします。
【 業務内容 】
- 顧客の引越し先やオフィスの事前調査、貨物量の査定、見積もり手配
- 輸出入書類の作成、海外支店との連絡
- 引越しプロセスを通じた顧客への情報提供、並びにサポート
- エレベーターの予約や資材の見積もりなど、スケジュール管理、輸送、引越しロジスティクスの管理
- 引越し規定の説明、問い合わせへの対応、正確な見積書・請求書の作成などの顧客サポート
- 搬出時の立ち会い、作業員の業務を監督
- 売上レポートの提出、原価計算の管理、請求書の対応
