    Our client, a renowned multinational corporation specializing in marine transportation services, is seeking a dedicated Accounting & Finance Assistant/Associate to join their dynamic team.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
    - Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments as needed to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
    - Liaise with other department colleagues and suppliers (where necessary)
    - Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of relevant schedules and reports.
    - Coordinate with external auditors on audit-related matters and provide necessary
    - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Diploma in Accountancy (Diploma in Finance with 50% or more focus in Accountancy could be considered)
    - Up to 2 years of partial or full sets of accounting experience
    - Ability to handle a high volume of transactions
    - Experience/ability to perform data entry checks from other departments
    - Fast learner, meticulous, and ability to liaise with various departments
    - Ability to join within 1 month's notice
    - Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts

    (Advantageous)
    - Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from a reputable university in Singapore
    - Working experience in Maritime or Shipping industry would be a plus
    - Experience using PeopleSoft will be advantageous but not a must
