  Our client, an IT consulting firm, is looking for a Centralized PMO Manager to support a Japanese mega bank in optimizing its APAC-wide system implementation projects. Currently, each project has dedicated PMO members managing internal processes and project management tasks independently, including outsourcing assessments, payments, invoices, budget forecasting, and overall project coordination.
  
  The Centralized PMO Manager will play a key role in streamlining and standardizing these activities to enhance efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across multiple projects.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Support system implementation projects conducted by a Japanese mega bank across APAC branches.
  - Oversee and streamline PMO tasks that are currently managed individually for each project, such as outsourcing assessments, payment processing, invoice management, budget forecasting, and financial management.
  - Facilitate knowledge transfer from existing bank staff to gain a clear understanding of current processes and PMO tasks.
  - Analyze and evaluate current project management operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  - Design and implement a centralized platform to accumulate and share knowledge gained from individual projects.
  - Create a system to optimize the allocation and utilization of PMO resources based on the overall status of all projects in the APAC region.
  - Drive the centralization of PMO operations and establish a structure that enables flexible rotation and efficient use of PMO resources across multiple projects.
  - Lead and manage a centralized PMO team to support and execute various system implementation projects effectively.
