    Our client is an MNC chemical trading company in Singapore. They seek a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Senior Officer to provide essential logistics, operational, and administrative support to the Polyolefin team.

    Reporting to: Deputy Manager/Manager

    【Responsibilities】
    - Provide logistics and operational work in executing orders
    - Liaise with the sales and documentation team within the company, and with producers, shipping carriers, and forwarders.
    - Ensure smooth shipments and timely cargo delivery with active anticipation, analysis, and planning with team members.
    - Perform cost and risk consciousness to achieve minimum risk and maximize efficiency in performing logistical works.
    - Perform other tasks assigned to support the Polyolefin department.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma holder
    - Minimum 2 years of logistics and operational work for order execution experience in Trading or similar industry
    - Knowledge or experience handling Chemical or Petrochemical products
    - Good communication in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders is required
    - Proficiency with MS Office applications
    - Strong analytical, meticulous, and multi-task skills, able to work well as a team member!

    (Advantageous)
    - Day-to-day operation using SAP is an advantageous
    - Experience in Polyolefin products is ideal!
    - Ability to join within 1 month or shorter is preferred
    - Experience working in a Japanese company is a plus!
