  Our client, a leading architectural and engineering solutions company, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, meeting quality standards and client expectations.
  
  Reporting to: Managing Director
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Develop comprehensive project plans, including quality and implementation strategies, timelines, and resource allocation.
  - Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely task completion and adherence to project requirements.
  - Prepare safe work method statements, risk assessments, permits to work, and other essential documentation.
  - Handle safety, environmental, and local regulatory compliance issues, ensuring all work aligns with statutory requirements.
  - Manage labor, equipment, and materials effectively to ensure efficient project execution.
  - Identify the potential risks to the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  - Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that the project is executed within budget constraints.
  - Handle issues related to safety, environmental concerns, and local regulatory compliance.
  - Ensure that construction work meets quality standards and specifications outlined in the project plans and local regulatory requirements.
  - Manage and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, technicians, and workers.
  - Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in project management.
  - Any other works as required by the Managing Director.
