    Our client, a Japanese IT manufacturing and trading firm, is seeking a Senior Analyst - 2 year contract proficient in Spanish to support translation and interpretation within their systems. As a Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in Real-Time Incidents (RTI) projects, ensuring the real-time accuracy and reliability of map data on our Partner's platform.

    Division: Information and Communication Technology in Biomedical (ICTB)

    【Responsibilities】
    - Proactively monitor live markets to identify and capture disruptions or incidents for the assigned regions.
    - Ensure real-time incidents are promptly and accurately documented using appropriate tools and systems.
    - Reflect captured incidents on the Partner's map to provide timely and accurate user guidance.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements】

    (Must)
    - At least 2 years of experience as a Spanish-English translator/specialist/analyst, demonstrating fluent translation skills for RTI projects in Spanish-English speaking markets.
    - Posses a B1/B2 language certification in Spanish.
    - Good understanding of all forms of public transport.
    - Flexible with rotational shifts and weekdays off, as the role involves 365 days, 24/7 support.
    - Strong web research ability to analyze and interpret patterns and trends, record findings with written notes, and use appropriate software.

    (Advantageous)
    - QGIS Skills are preferred and not mandatory
    - 1 year of technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred.
    - Customer service background in a communications team is a plus.
