    Our client is a Japanese-listed food manufacturing company seeking a Retail Sales Executive (Team Leader). This role is responsible for leading a team to drive the growth and retention of key client relationships. The focus is on developing and executing long-term strategies to maximize business opportunities, ensuring that key accounts are prioritized based on their revenue potential and strategic importance.

    The Retail Sales Executive (Team Leader) will act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales and revenue growth.

    You will be reporting to the Retail Sales Manager

    【Responsibilities】

    1. Leadership and Team Management
    - Lead, mentor, and manage a team.
    - Set team goals and ensure the team meets performance targets.
    - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.

    2. Key Account Strategy Development
    - Develop long-term strategies to manage and grow relationships for each account.
    - Identify opportunities for business expansion, including cross-selling and up-selling.
    - Collaborate with senior management to align key account strategies with company goals.
    - Prioritize key accounts based on revenue potential and strategic value.

    3. Client Relationship Management
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring their needs are met.
    - Handle client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    - Regularly review client accounts to ensure optimal service delivery and address any gaps.
    - Identify at-risk clients and develop strategies to retain them
    - Implement customer feedback programs to continuously improve client satisfaction.

    4. Sales and Revenue Management
    - Drive sales growth by developing tailored solutions for key clients.
    - Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set for key accounts.
    - Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
    - Track the performance of key accounts and adjust strategies to meet financial goals.

    5. Market and Competitor Analysis
    - Monitor and stay updated on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
    - Provide insights and recommendations to improve the company’s position in the market.
    - Use market intelligence to anticipate client needs and adapt strategies accordingly.

    6. Account Planning and Reporting
    - Prepare and deliver reports on account performance to senior management.
    - Track KPIs such as sales growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
    - Conduct regular account reviews to measure progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

    7. Budgeting and Financial Planning
    - Prepare budgets and forecasts for key account activities.
    - Manage financial aspects of key accounts, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - At least 2 years of management experience in FMCG (Modern Trade)
    - Inexperience candidate who excels in Mathematics are welcome to apply!
    - Proven track record in the FMCG (Food industry).
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with formulas.
    - Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for daily tasks.
    - Ability to work independently and resolve issues promptly within reasonable time frames.
    - Result-driven with strong business acumen and a team-oriented mindset.

    (Advantageous)
    - Proven experience working with people from FMCG Modern Trade is a strong advantage.
    - Experience in team management is beneficial.
    - Experience in budget planning and management is ideal.
