    【What you will be doing】
    - Develop and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy with the team.
    - Oversee the product development schedule, manage progress, and plan release timelines.
    - Understand customer needs and market trends, conducting research to ensure a competitive edge.
    - Collaborate with engineers, designers, sales, and marketing teams to drive product success.
    - Set and track success metrics (e.g., sales, user count, engagement) to ensure the product meets its targets.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - A minimum of more than 4 years of experience as a Product Manager
    - Familiarity with Web3 technologies
    - Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing
    - Basic technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with the engineering team

    (Preferable)
    - Strong ability to leverage data analysis and research to drive product improvements based on customer feedback
    - Experience measuring product outcomes and making adjustments to meet goals
    - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders such as executives, development teams, and sales teams
