  Our Client is Commodity Trading company in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Finance Manager to be a strong pillar of the company in managing accounting, tax preparation, transfer pricing, and treasury function, provide support for procedure improvement.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  Accounting, Audit, and Local compliance
  - Supervise the accounting function (3rd party service provider - team of 4)
  - Liaise with the HK auditor and be in charge of the audit closing in a timely manner
  - Liaise with the corporate service providers
  - Adhere to the local regulatory requirements and ensure all deadlines/filings are met
  
  Treasury
  - Manage bank receipts and bank statements, bank reconciliation, bank confirmations, etc.
  - Prepare routine payments, overseas income declaration, and documents filing
  - Maintain relationships with banks, assist in opening new bank accounts
  
  Taxation
  - Assist in managing tax agent, ensure tax agent daily/monthly and ad hoc works
  - Assist in transfer pricing issues, tax refund applications, etc
  - Consult the management on tax-related questions, accounting software implementation
  
  Other matters
  - Other duties/matters may be assigned according to requirements.
