シンガポールでの新規ビジネス立ち上げのための開発サポートを、CEO直属の下、ご担当いただきます。
ビジネスの進度に合わせ、ゆくゆくは顧客、サプライヤー、ビジネスパートナーとの関係性構築や、世界中の造幣局との関係構築もお任せします。
【 業務内容 】
- 既存ECサイトの運営・管理
‐ オフィス移転に伴う作業
- 将来の幹部候補として、CEOと共にビジネスを学びアシスト
- 創業メンバーとして商品の梱包・発送業務を行い、商品知識や社内業務を学ぶ
- 顧客との打ち合わせ時の、日本語・英語の通訳
- 世界中の造幣局とのミーティング参加およびリード
- 3ヶ月に一度、各国政府機関や造幣局との関係構築のためCEOと共に海外出張

【 求める人物像 】
<必須要件>
- 四大卒以上
- ビジネス上級の英語力:目安TOEIC900(クライアントとのコミュニケーションや通訳業務あり)
- スタートアップフェーズの為、必要時には残業も可能な方
‐ eコマースサイトの運営に興味がある方 ※未経験者も応募可能です!
- 3ヶ月に1度、ヨーロッパ、アジア、アメリカ(主にドイツ、アメリカ、北京)への出張が可能な方
(1回の出張は長くて7日間程度)

Our client is a Japanese specialized trading company focusing on the global trade of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium coins. They are seeking a Executive Assistant professional to support the establishment of new business operations in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners. As the business expands, you will also engage with Mints worldwide to strengthen our network and partnerships.You will be reporting directly to the CEO. 【Responsibilities】‐ Operate and manage the existing e-commerce site.- Handle tasks related to office relocation.- Work closely with the CEO to learn the business and support operations, positioning yourself as a future executive candidate.- Serve as a founding member by handling product packaging and shipping to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product range and internal operations.- Provide consecutive interpretation between Japanese and English during meetings with clients.- Secretarial duties such as schedule management and attending client meetings with CEO.- Participate in and lead meetings with Mints around the world.- Travel abroad with the CEO every three months to build relationships with government agencies and Mints in various countries.
