    Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company of small electric motor and motion control systems. You will be assisting the Indoor sales activity by understanding the products and liaising with customers.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Support the Indoor sales activities
    - Handle customer inquiry & suggest solution based on customer’s requirement
    - Build and maintain good rapport/relationships with existing customers
    - Develop new potential customer
    - Learn the AC/BL/ST/ACT product knowledge (Product categories, like AC motor, BL motor) to support the sales activities
    - Provide Technical seminars for local & overseas customers
    - Handle customer's technical inquiries, field service & setup support
    - Provide network setup support to customers

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineer or Engineering related major
    - Inexperienced candidates with a Diploma in Engineering and willing to do indoor sales may apply (Training will be provided)
    - Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
    - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    - Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently for day-to-day liaising with English and Mandarin-speaking customers
    - Willingness to learn technical content is required (especially product knowledge)

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience in handling products such as AC motors, and BL motors would be ideal
    - Understanding AZ network products together with PLC would be advantageous!
