  Our client provides high-class plastics and synthetic rubber for the automotive, electronics industries, and more. They are looking to hire Operation Engineer to join their team!
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Support the implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management Systems (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).
  - Act as a legal obligation to perform responsibly for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
  - Assist the Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary.
  - Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
  - Follow up on Capex projects (including control budgeting and schedule), manage design and risk assessment, and liaise with vendors.
  - Manage production spares and consumables, ensuring adequate supply for operations.
  - Support production team to enhance plant safety, quality, and efficiency; assist R&D in manufacturing technology.
  - Ensure safe, stable operations and quality products; manage Safety, Health, and Environment issues.
  - Maintain operating conditions, logs, and troubleshooting processes; support training for shift teams.
  - Optimize processes and capacity, lead MOC, and implement cost reduction projects.
