    Our client, a Japanese apparel trading firm, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business expansion in the Thailand and Philippines markets.

    Target Markets: Thailand and the Philippines
    Business Travel: 2-3 times per year (3-4 days per trip)
    Product Range: Fashion and Apparel items such as bags and watches

    【Responsibilities】
    - Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers in Thailand and the Philippines
    - Conduct online meetings with customers to discuss business needs and opportunities
    - Attend industry exhibitions in Japan (approximately twice a year)
    - Coordinate with Japan HQ to source Japanese fashion and consumer goods for local distributors
    - Collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations
    - Communicate effectively with Japan HQ in Japanese

  • 应征条件

    【What they are looking for】
    <Must>
    - At least 3 years of regional sales experience in B2C products, such as apparel, consumer products, retail, food, or cosmetics
    - Fluency in both English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N2 level) is essential for effective communication with Japanese clients, including speaking, listening, and writing
    - Willingness to travel for business 2-3 times per year, with trips lasting 3-4 days each

    <Advantageous>
    - Experience working in department stores, particularly in purchasing roles, is a plus
    - Familiarity with the Thailand and Philippines markets will be an added advantage
